YOU decide on how to LIVE your life

Me: K.Jue really loves her PB corset. I guess orang yang dah biasa kene jaga badan, will love how PB hugged the body nicely. Plus terasa instantly that the body's fat is in its place.
Hubby: Hmm.. (while angguk agreeing with what I said)
Me: Its tough to tell people how to change for the better. I want to help, but most of them macam reluctant.
Hubby: Hmm.. They CHOOSE how to live their life. The way they are is the result of their own decision. Contohnya, I choose to jog to keep healthy, and to keep fit. You CANT tell people how to lead their life.
Me: Haah kan? some people are buncit and boroi because they choose to be in that way. They didnt want to change. Naseb baik awk choose the six pack rather than 1 HUGE pack.. hahaha...
Hubby: Yup, so there's no point in telling people that they should take care of their body. They know that already. They just choose to be in denial. That's all.
Me: Hmmm... (totally agreeing with Mr Hubby).. By the way, my office-mate ramai yg terkejut when I told them I dah ada anak 2. They'll look me weirdly dari atas sampai bawah.. Plus when I told them my youngest br nak masuk 5 months (at that time), lagi bulat mata diorg pandang.. hahaha.. They thought I was kidding, but they didnt know that I have to take charge and start looking after myself aka my body...
Hubby: Tell them they should to. Ni blom ada anak, badan macam dah ada anak.. hahaha..

Are you living in DENIAL?? Dont just sit back and wish for something to happen. MAKE it happen.

"Perut I buncit, bile la perut ni nak tone up balik..." WHAT????? you cant expect your tummy to suddenly kempis by itself. You can live in your dream world all you want, but nothing is ever going to change if you just keep on dreaming..

Call me for free PB appointment if you want to CHANGE about yourself.

Flabbiness means...

What does 'I have a tummy', or 'nampak perut', or 'flabbiness' means to you?

Does it feel like this?

or this?

Does it means that....

1) It's the time of the month. Tengah period la...
2) I feel bloated.. Makan something wrong ni..
3) I baru je lepas makan..
4) I have not had any exercise for quite some time..too busy la..
5) I put on weight a little...only a little (tp naik kat perut dulu..huhu)
6) I dah ada baby/ beranak.. biasala, mesti la ada perut..
7) I need to do something about it!

I used to give answers (more of an excuses actually) from number 1 to number 5.. Lately after having two kids of my own, my favourite excuse would be number 6. But I realised that I need to be honest with myself, and give a different meaning to my flabby tummy (which is number 7).

Its all about the willingness to accept the truth about yourself. "I need to do something about it!" I've started wearing PB, and plus merajinkan diri to follow my hubby pegi jogging (tapi baru sekali la.. hehe)..And now, I can see some improvement.. Say NO to excuses, and lets change for the BETTER..

Bring back the old memories

Last Sunday, hubby and I were going to attend a wedding in Shah Alam. Dah ready dari pagi lagi. Gave my daughter a bath, then siap pakai a white dress. While waiting for Adam to wake up, I then kemas2 all of my kids' barang2 to bring to my in-laws house later that day. Dari pagi dah siap 3 bags. One for Adam, one for Dahlia, and one for their milk, bottles, and pacifiers (yup, thats the most important of all.. hehehe) When Adam wake up, kelam kabut mandi kan die pulak.. And then, nak suruh pakai baju was one of our highlight of the day. kene kejar2 satu rumah dulu.. hahaha.. Pagi2 dah buat mama penat.

Early that morning, we all went for mamak. Yes, we do still eat mamak.. Their roti canai memang still the best. haha.. after that, went home and get ready to go to.. One after another pulak poo-poo.. Nasib baik tak comot baju.. And about 12.30pm, its my turn to get ready.

Satu almari kene tenung dulu.. I'm running out of nice baju kurung. And suddenly, I saw this pink kebaya..

Back then, it was about 5 years ago.. I first made that kebaya after baru kawin.. I remembered the first time I wore it, was during hari raya ke-5, when my mum in-law wants to beraya to our house in Bangi. At that time, I was trying really hard to impress my mum in-law. (hahahha... weird right?). So the thought of wearing a pink kebaya, would do the job. But since that day, I've never ever again wore the kebaya.. WHY??? Simply because I have put on weight, and nak masuk pun x muat.. huhuhu.. yela, awal2 kawin dulu my weight was only 42 kg.. boleh la muat..

Back to the story...

So that day, I decided to try the pink kebaya on..just for fun. Guess what. It FITS nicely!! Wooohooooo!!! I couldn't help but smiling.. more of a sengeh I would say.. hehehe..

If you too, would like to bring back the old memories of wearing those clothes yang dah lama x muat, call me to share the secret.. For free appointment:

I can only help you up to a certain point...

....but you have to help yourself too

I can teach you how to cook, or even help you cook
I can tell you to eat, or even feed you with a spoon
But I cant make you eat and swallow the food
Therefore, if you are hungry, please help yourself

The conclusion is that, other people can only help you to an extent, but if you wish to change something about yourself, or change about something you are not happy about.. DO IT! You cant expect other people to do it for you. CHANGE IT! You cant expect others to change to suit you. Dont just wish, but make it happen.

Personally I see PB business as a platform for me to change. To change the way I am (physically and also in health). And to change my perspective of what I can achieve in life.

Change is difficult. For you to change, you have to be out of your comfort zone. For you to change, you are exposing yourself to vulnerability, uncertainty, and to a place where it is unfamiliar to you. But did you realise that with change, you are also exposing yourself to new opportunity, new challenges, and certainly new experience??

So, challenge yourself to CHANGE. You’ll be surprise of  what you’ll get by the end of the day.

Adam wants a friend to play with...

A mother of two infants (below age of 2) are just hectic. Full with kecoh-ness, and reminders "Adam, jangan kacau Dahlia!", "Adam poo-poo ke?", "Dahlia nak milk?", "Adam, why is Dahlia crying?" and so on.. Its always about the children first. In a day, kadang2 if I didnt get the chance to talk to my husband, that's quite normal. Or even if we are talking, its always about our children first. Eg: "Dahlia tido ok ke smalam?", "Adam makan banyak x tadi?", "Dahlia dah makan ubat today?".. You get the point right?

So, I do wonder... does this happen to most parents with small infants? Or should I start to get a life of my own now? my children still are a big part of my life, but I do feel that husband-wife relationship should also filled with grown-ups conversations.. Am I right??

At the moment I realised that my son x pandai sangat main with other kids of his age. He only plays with Dahlia, and the grown-ups. So my plan is actually to find a playmate for Adam, to teach him to play with other kids of his age. At the moment, Adam memang dah di hantar to the nursery, however he didnt join the other kids to play, and he's more of a loner in the nursery. I strongly feels that this is because he's scared to join in a big crowd, therefore I want to start him of with a one to one session perhaps. Plus, its good for mama and papa to make good conversations with other adults too right?

So, is any of my friends out there would like their son / daughters to be Adam's friend? Come and lets get together for a catching up session of our own, and let our kids play and be friends too.. :D

Life can offer you MORE...

....If you know where to look for.

Some people are happy just the way they are. They let LIFE decide where they will be going. For me, I've been there, and it doesnt make me happy.. I want more. I want to be able to predict what might be, or might not be.. I want to be able to say "I've done my best, and I'll do it all over again if I can"..at the end of the day I want to be able to sleep soundly, after a full day of productiveness, not laziness.

For me, there's always 2 sides of a coin. It depends on which side you're looking at. The same goes to life. I want to be the person, able to see things in both perspective, and then decide what I want. Some people say that you can be happy, when you make other people happy. Is it true?? If that is so, then I'm sooo not happy.. I am happy, when I make myself happy. Why do you have to please others? for you to be happy??

I am happy when.....

1) I help others.. it can be in terms of money, giving hope, listen to their problems, help by just being there as a friend, or whatever that they need.

2) I am able to give, rather than to receive.

3) I see others smile. Especially if it comes from my 2 children.

4) I am able to make FULL use of my day.

5) Definitely more happy if I can make more income, to give for a good course.

6) Even happier if I can help others to make extra income too :D

Would you like to join me in making others feel happy, but actually by just sharing the  happiness of your own? I found that in PB business. Make a change in life, and start your own journey to be happy. Call me for appointment:

Something special about women

Why do women think with their hearts? kenapa perempuan lebih sensitif? why, why and why??? Well, to me I believe that this is what makes women special. They think with their hearts, because not all things in the world can be easily explained by the minds. Sometimes, you just have to use the heart to make the decision that feels just right.

Women are more sensitif, lebih polite, and senang terasa hati.. All of these ciri2 are actually best to raise children, ataupun lebih dikenali dengan ciri2 keibuan.. I do feel that sometimes I'm too emotional, and slightly more sensitive that usual. Nak buat cam mane, our hormones sometimes a bit hay wire.. hahaha.. But, to be honest, please do treat us with care, as our hearts are too delicate, and needs good care by the person call husbands, or men in general. Even though we (women) can actually gegarkan dunia, we do still need our men to be by our side, and to take care of us. We are sooooooo delicate, and sensitive that only good men out there do deserve our love..

Why are we so special?? despite all the tough things that happen out there, we are actually survivors.. We are the superwomen, supermom, supergirl.. If only all women out there has a tilte super, that would be superb!..Mothers has the ability to withstand whatever hurdle that you can imagine, especially if it involves their children.. Waking up 3-4 times at night.. sometimes up to 10 times kalo anak demam.. every day until anak2 about 6 months, some even up to a year... pagi2 pergi kerja lg.. tu belum kire yg breastfeed.. campur kemas rumah, masak, jaga anak, lipat baju, gosok baju, vacuum, bla bla bla..... and yet we do all this just purely because of LOVE.. love our husbands, love our family, love the children.. Kalo dpt husbands yg tolong sama2 jgk tu, Alhamdulillah.. If not, we still do them cause we love our family right? But then, dont we also deserve to be treated nicely? once in a while dapat shopping, or even treat to a nice dinner, nice conversation.. or treat as though we are worth it.. that would be nice.. I love being a women, cause I'm special, with a special heart that has all the love to give..Treat me with kindness please..
