Benefits of FIR?
Far Infrared Ray are waves of energy, invisible to the naked eye, capable of penetrating deep into the human body, and they gently elevate the body's surface temperature and activate major bodily functions.
  • Far Infrared promotes better blood circulation
  • Far Infrared stimulates production of cells to prevent body deformation
  • Far Infrared is excellent for detoxification
  • Far Infrared stimulates enzyme activity and metabolism
  • Far Infrared promotes rebuilding of injured tissue
  • Far Infrared strengthens the Immune System

Benefits of Tourmaline:
  •  Detoxification
  •  Helps aid fat loss
  •  Reduces water retention
  •  Improves blood circulation
  •  Expels unnecessary waste
  •  Helps cleanse the liver and kidneys
  •  Helps heal skin disorders
  •  Relief from acute and chronic illnesses
  •  Aids in elimination of heavy metals, poisons, and carcinogenic material from our bodies
  •  Reduces lactic acids and free fatty acids

More facts about Tourmaline:
"The far infrared rays that Tourmaline emits create the same resonance in the body as is normally found in water. This has a very soothing effect on the nerves. Three-quarters of the human body is composed of water, this form of resonance absorption creates increased vitality in living tissues, enhancing energy levels and increases metabolism."

"This gem has been reported to actually have the power to boost sexual energy in men, as it increases the blood flow and circulation in the body. The gemstone is also reported as helping to ease emotions, increasing vitality and vigor in both men and women."

When you wear PB, it is as if you are wrapped with this amazing Crystal. Wearing a full set of Premium Beautiful also will remove cellulite which normally appears around your thighs, butt and some other part of the body too. Yes, it's proven that Premium Beautiful is able to reduce cellulite.

5) Recognised and recommended by American Chiropractic Association
- proven to help people who suffer back problems

6) Akwatek & Akwadyne fabric
- Akwatek & Akwadyne is known to help stabilize the body's temperature where in cold conditions the fabric constricts to keep heat and in high temperatures the fabrics allows air and moisture to evaporate easily.

7) Designed 70% for health and 30% for beauty

How?
If you wear PB consistently, it will burn around 900 calories per hour. Imagine, if you wear PB for 8 hours daily. Your body will lose unwanted fat and become firmer and shaped beautifully. This is how your cellulite can disappear.

If you have just given birth, do not worry of finding expensive ways and creams to reduce that stretch marks of yours. By wearing PB itself, it can help reduce the stretch marks, and positive results can be seen as early as 1 month after wearing it.

Other common problems that we (women) usually faced are as follows:
  •  Weight gain
  •  Back pain
  •  White discharge
  •  Flabby tummy
  •  Fatigue
  •  Water retention
  •  Pain and loss of energy
  •  Low milk production (breastfeeding mums)
  •  Late recovery of stitches (post pregnancy)
  •  Intimacy

Do not panic! PB can help you...

As mentioned earlier, wearing PB will increase your metabolic rate, thus this will help you to loose weight easily, and shed off all that unwanted fat and flabbiness. Plus at the same time, the corset will help shape your body into firmer, slimmer and curvier shape.
  • PB helps promotes good posture, and this is useful to prevent and  also cure back problems.

  • PB material prevents production of fungus & bacteria thus reducing white discharge (a very common problem in women)
  • PB helps improve skin complexion, removes away stretch marks & cellulite.
  • FIR in PB promotes good blood circulation thus resulting in the body  getting enough oxygen. As a result the body will therefore function at its best.
  • Expels unnecessary waste from our body and prevents water retention
  • PB can help with the production of breast milk for breastfeeding mothers
  • A complete set for all new mothers during confinement time - it helps heal wounds/stitches faster, gives you back your energy and helps you get back your pre-pregnancy figure

I'm feeling AWESOMELY happy!

Today is my 2-month of wearing PB. Felt more and more AWESOME each day. Had a great news form a friend of mine yesterday, that her period cycle ('best friend') is improving. It reminds me of my time dulu, back in college, to university years, to married life... I had the same problem too. Period? kadang datang suke hati.. ade bulan yg xde.. but worse was when my 'best friend' only came twice in a YEAR. That was when I was in form 1. (nasib baik at that time xrisau pasal probability of getting pregnant). haha

Then, university years came and it was the same problem too. I cant predict when 'my friend' is going to come. Die suke buat surprise!, and sometimes its at the most inconvenient time pulak tu, like whem I was wearing a white pants, with a slight shirt blouse.. huhu.. DISASTER!! . And after I got married, lagi la senang panic. So I took the PILL. But still, the worries when 'my friend' x datang for that month was even worse.. Even though I remembered to eat the PILL everyday, at the same time. 7pm on the DOT. I was giler obsess with timing during that years, (dah la kawin mase belajar... plus I was soooooo takut, as my cycle was never predictable.)

I remembered when the women's 'best friend' ni used to give me headache, and unnecessary worry, and it does control my emotions.. especially when it is LATE of course.. And I'm SUPER happy now, that with PB, my friend's 'best friend' came to visit her more often than usual.. HOOORRRAAAAYYYY!!!

Due to that, I'm feeling AWESOMELY happy for her, therefore I would LOVE to help more women out there..Those who may have 'best friend' problem, back problem (like me), or wants to get in shape (also like me, especially after giving birth, I cant afford to keep buying new clothes.. huhuhu), or just want to look, and feel good and healthy.. I have SUPER SPECIAL OFFER to give for the first 10 people!! Wooohooooo!!

* RM400 discounts on PB set (GUARANTEED!!)- saves your money to spend for raya shopping soon!!

* FREE PB wash

Bring back the old memories (part 2)

Last weekend, me and hubby had the opportunity to attend to Marriam's wedding in Sime Darby Convention Centre. It was at night, so we didnt bring our 2 babies along. It was our first time out of the house just the 2 of us, since Adam was born. That has been almost 2 years. I was all EXCITED.

I planned to wear a nice baju kurung, colour coordinate with hubby, and pretend that we are going out as a date. After all, it was a grand wedding to attend to, and we are going out just the two of us. Good food.. nice, grand, exclusive environment.. Sounds like a pretty good place to be for a date. hehehe

After searching through the whole cupboard, finally my eyes was set on this off-white baju kurung..looked really nice, but I havent wore it for a looooooonnggggg time. So I thought.. well, just give it a try..

There.. colour coordinate with hubby yang pakai brown baju melayu.. Where's your songkok??

Anyway, Marriam's wedding went on very smoothly. I was all excited to meet my friends from college and university. While I was enjoying the food (I was really enjoying the meal.. in peace..), Shiela Majid's song was played... I suddenly remembered something... I had that similar song sung during MY wedding.. and that was nearly 6 years ago.. and it was sung by one of my college friend, Siti Nadira Kassim. Plus I was wearing the same baju kurung as I was wearing that day.. OMG!!!!...

With Dira who sang during MY wedding 6 years ago. I was wearing that SAME baju  on my wedding day.

This was 6 years ago.

That night and the baju really made my day. It brought back the old memories of me and hubby, on our special day. Thank you Marriam for your lovely wedding, lovely place and lovely food. Thank you baju, for the good old memories.. And finally thank you PB, that because of you, I manage to wear my old wedding dress again after 6 years, and after the 2 babies I had. Such a great memory.

"Just because we are getting oldER, doesnt mean that we have to act OLD as well. Just because we have been married, doesnt mean that we dont have to take care of our body and appearance. I still want to be fit and NOT boroi, and I would love if you maintain your figure too" -hubby

Would you want to bring back your old memories too?

Get in shape!

Most women would love to have a slim, curvy body. But not all women are gifted in that sense. Some would go all the way to get that.. despite the trouble, the side effects, and the money spent on this. I am glad that I dont have a weight problem, but as I grow oldER, I would want to maintain this way. There are a few ways that I can think of, that MAY help us to get in shape.

1) Watch your calorie intake
- This has been applied by those who are very, strictly, really discipline people.
- You have to watch this EVERY single meal.
- Calorie counting is the method that you have to be master at.
- Is a great way to be healthy, but very difficult to lose weight by just this method.

2) Exercise regularly
- Of course this is the best method to be in shape.
- Regularly, 3 times a week, about 30 minutes minimum every exercise. This is what is recommended.
- However, Its quite difficult to get in the habit, plus with being busy with work, stay late at the office, come back home to 2 small children to take care of... weekends is the time to rest, do house chores, go grocery shopping, visit parents and in-laws... Its just hard to take time and do exercise.

3) Go on a diet
- Some women I know would rather starve themselves to just get a good body figure. BUT this is definitely not a good way of shaping your body. The body needs nutrients, and the nutrient will have to come from the food. (calcium for bones, proteins for muscle, and etc).
- Some want to go on a diet, but cant.. will opt for throwing up right after they eat. That's bulimia.. A really unhealthy and BAD habit.
- How would you enjoy your life if you cant enjoy the FOOD?

Would you prefer to eat that cake? I know I would.

4) Slimming centres and slimming pills
- Most slimming centres will cost quite a fortune. Plus it has to be done regularly to maintain that effect.
- Slimming pills? dont get me started.. Most of this will have an effect like laxatives.. which makes you go to the toilet so many times... some may suppress your appetite.
- Do you call this enjoying your life? having to poo out all that you eat, and then cant enjoy your meal? huh! Certainly not a method that suits me.

5) Liposuction, gastric bypass, and other surgical method.
- what do you think? Of course its one of the effective ways recommended for those who are really really obese, and as a final option.
- and of course, since it is a surgical option, there come with tonnes of side effects.

PB corset offers an easy, effective, and relatively cheaper way to get back in shape plus good for your health. You only have to wear it daily (as you are wearing your panty and bra daily anyway), and carry on with your life as usual.
NO calorie counting needed
NO slimming pills needed
NO surgery
NO vigorous exercise needed

BUT if you keep wearing PB, and eat moderately, do exercise IF you can, wouldnt that be perfect? PLUS you'll be able to see the result 2x faster
Healthy in what way? PB take care of your posture, good for you back.. not to mention good  for your blood circulation.. And also PB increases your metabolic rate.. AWESOME isn't it? No matter what shape your body is, PB caters for all shapes and sizes.

ALL women want to look good, and feel good about themselves. I'm sure you are one of us too. So, come and give PB a try, and I'm sure you are going to LOVE it as much as I do.

Seeing them grow...

My two babies means the world to me.  (Most parents feel that way too, right? ) And watching them grow, is such a blessing. I realised that my son is getting more and more clever, but at the same time mischievous. He's growing up into becoming the clown of the house, which not only makes me hilang stress, but also put a smile on my face everyday.

Yesterday, Adam wanted to be all independent, where he refused to let me bathe him. He wants to do it himself. Watching him giggle while mandi sendiri was so funny. He had always love to play with water, ever since he's a baby.

When I sent him to school yesterday morning, (I mean nursery), he handed me his pacifier for me to keep at home. Even though seeing him taking the few last suck (chot chot) of his pacifier shows he 's really reluctant to say goodbye, but he's taking that big step now. Congrats Adam!!

I wish I can make BIG steps too.. Growing up to be a better person.

YOU decide on how to LIVE your life

Me: K.Jue really loves her PB corset. I guess orang yang dah biasa kene jaga badan, will love how PB hugged the body nicely. Plus terasa instantly that the body's fat is in its place.
Hubby: Hmm.. (while angguk agreeing with what I said)
Me: Its tough to tell people how to change for the better. I want to help, but most of them macam reluctant.
Hubby: Hmm.. They CHOOSE how to live their life. The way they are is the result of their own decision. Contohnya, I choose to jog to keep healthy, and to keep fit. You CANT tell people how to lead their life.
Me: Haah kan? some people are buncit and boroi because they choose to be in that way. They didnt want to change. Naseb baik awk choose the six pack rather than 1 HUGE pack.. hahaha...
Hubby: Yup, so there's no point in telling people that they should take care of their body. They know that already. They just choose to be in denial. That's all.
Me: Hmmm... (totally agreeing with Mr Hubby).. By the way, my office-mate ramai yg terkejut when I told them I dah ada anak 2. They'll look me weirdly dari atas sampai bawah.. Plus when I told them my youngest br nak masuk 5 months (at that time), lagi bulat mata diorg pandang.. hahaha.. They thought I was kidding, but they didnt know that I have to take charge and start looking after myself aka my body...
Hubby: Tell them they should to. Ni blom ada anak, badan macam dah ada anak.. hahaha..

Are you living in DENIAL?? Dont just sit back and wish for something to happen. MAKE it happen.

"Perut I buncit, bile la perut ni nak tone up balik..." WHAT????? you cant expect your tummy to suddenly kempis by itself. You can live in your dream world all you want, but nothing is ever going to change if you just keep on dreaming..

Flabbiness means...

What does 'I have a tummy', or 'nampak perut', or 'flabbiness' means to you?

Does it feel like this?

or this?

Does it means that....

1) It's the time of the month. Tengah period la...
2) I feel bloated.. Makan something wrong ni..
3) I baru je lepas makan..
4) I have not had any exercise for quite some time..too busy la..
5) I put on weight a little...only a little (tp naik kat perut dulu..huhu)
6) I dah ada baby/ beranak.. biasala, mesti la ada perut..
7) I need to do something about it!

I used to give answers (more of an excuses actually) from number 1 to number 5.. Lately after having two kids of my own, my favourite excuse would be number 6. But I realised that I need to be honest with myself, and give a different meaning to my flabby tummy (which is number 7).

Its all about the willingness to accept the truth about yourself. "I need to do something about it!" I've started wearing PB, and plus merajinkan diri to follow my hubby pegi jogging (tapi baru sekali la.. hehe)..And now, I can see some improvement.. Say NO to excuses, and lets change for the BETTER..

Bring back the old memories

Last Sunday, hubby and I were going to attend a wedding in Shah Alam. Dah ready dari pagi lagi. Gave my daughter a bath, then siap pakai a white dress. While waiting for Adam to wake up, I then kemas2 all of my kids' barang2 to bring to my in-laws house later that day. Dari pagi dah siap 3 bags. One for Adam, one for Dahlia, and one for their milk, bottles, and pacifiers (yup, thats the most important of all.. hehehe) When Adam wake up, kelam kabut mandi kan die pulak.. And then, nak suruh pakai baju was one of our highlight of the day. kene kejar2 satu rumah dulu.. hahaha.. Pagi2 dah buat mama penat.

Early that morning, we all went for mamak. Yes, we do still eat mamak.. Their roti canai memang still the best. haha.. after that, went home and get ready to go to.. One after another pulak poo-poo.. Nasib baik tak comot baju.. And about 12.30pm, its my turn to get ready.

Satu almari kene tenung dulu.. I'm running out of nice baju kurung. And suddenly, I saw this pink kebaya..

Back then, it was about 5 years ago.. I first made that kebaya after baru kawin.. I remembered the first time I wore it, was during hari raya ke-5, when my mum in-law wants to beraya to our house in Bangi. At that time, I was trying really hard to impress my mum in-law. (hahahha... weird right?). So the thought of wearing a pink kebaya, would do the job. But since that day, I've never ever again wore the kebaya.. WHY??? Simply because I have put on weight, and nak masuk pun x muat.. huhuhu.. yela, awal2 kawin dulu my weight was only 42 kg.. boleh la muat..

Back to the story...

So that day, I decided to try the pink kebaya on..just for fun. Guess what. It FITS nicely!! Wooohooooo!!! I couldn't help but smiling.. more of a sengeh I would say.. hehehe..

If you too, would like to bring back the old memories of wearing those clothes yang dah lama x muat, call me to share the secret.. For free appointment:

I can only help you up to a certain point...

....but you have to help yourself too

I can teach you how to cook, or even help you cook
I can tell you to eat, or even feed you with a spoon
But I cant make you eat and swallow the food
Therefore, if you are hungry, please help yourself

The conclusion is that, other people can only help you to an extent, but if you wish to change something about yourself, or change about something you are not happy about.. DO IT! You cant expect other people to do it for you. CHANGE IT! You cant expect others to change to suit you. Dont just wish, but make it happen.

Personally I see PB business as a platform for me to change. To change the way I am (physically and also in health). And to change my perspective of what I can achieve in life.

Change is difficult. For you to change, you have to be out of your comfort zone. For you to change, you are exposing yourself to vulnerability, uncertainty, and to a place where it is unfamiliar to you. But did you realise that with change, you are also exposing yourself to new opportunity, new challenges, and certainly new experience??

So, challenge yourself to CHANGE. You’ll be surprise of  what you’ll get by the end of the day.

Adam wants a friend to play with...

A mother of two infants (below age of 2) are just hectic. Full with kecoh-ness, and reminders "Adam, jangan kacau Dahlia!", "Adam poo-poo ke?", "Dahlia nak milk?", "Adam, why is Dahlia crying?" and so on.. Its always about the children first. In a day, kadang2 if I didnt get the chance to talk to my husband, that's quite normal. Or even if we are talking, its always about our children first. Eg: "Dahlia tido ok ke smalam?", "Adam makan banyak x tadi?", "Dahlia dah makan ubat today?".. You get the point right?

So, I do wonder... does this happen to most parents with small infants? Or should I start to get a life of my own now? my children still are a big part of my life, but I do feel that husband-wife relationship should also filled with grown-ups conversations.. Am I right??

At the moment I realised that my son x pandai sangat main with other kids of his age. He only plays with Dahlia, and the grown-ups. So my plan is actually to find a playmate for Adam, to teach him to play with other kids of his age. At the moment, Adam memang dah di hantar to the nursery, however he didnt join the other kids to play, and he's more of a loner in the nursery. I strongly feels that this is because he's scared to join in a big crowd, therefore I want to start him of with a one to one session perhaps. Plus, its good for mama and papa to make good conversations with other adults too right?

So, is any of my friends out there would like their son / daughters to be Adam's friend? Come and lets get together for a catching up session of our own, and let our kids play and be friends too.. :D

Sunday 3 June 2012

Life can offer you MORE...

....If you know where to look for.

Some people are happy just the way they are. They let LIFE decide where they will be going. For me, I've been there, and it doesnt make me happy.. I want more. I want to be able to predict what might be, or might not be.. I want to be able to say "I've done my best, and I'll do it all over again if I can"..at the end of the day I want to be able to sleep soundly, after a full day of productiveness, not laziness.

For me, there's always 2 sides of a coin. It depends on which side you're looking at. The same goes to life. I want to be the person, able to see things in both perspective, and then decide what I want. Some people say that you can be happy, when you make other people happy. Is it true?? If that is so, then I'm sooo not happy.. I am happy, when I make myself happy. Why do you have to please others? for you to be happy??

I am happy when.....

1) I help others.. it can be in terms of money, giving hope, listen to their problems, help by just being there as a friend, or whatever that they need.

2) I am able to give, rather than to receive.

3) I see others smile. Especially if it comes from my 2 children.

4) I am able to make FULL use of my day.

5) Definitely more happy if I can make more income, to give for a good course.

6) Even happier if I can help others to make extra income too :D

Would you like to join me in making others feel happy, but actually by just sharing the  happiness of your own? I found that in PB business. Make a change in life, and start your own journey to be happy. Call me for appointment:

Something special about women

Why do women think with their hearts? kenapa perempuan lebih sensitif? why, why and why??? Well, to me I believe that this is what makes women special. They think with their hearts, because not all things in the world can be easily explained by the minds. Sometimes, you just have to use the heart to make the decision that feels just right.

Women are more sensitif, lebih polite, and senang terasa hati.. All of these ciri2 are actually best to raise children, ataupun lebih dikenali dengan ciri2 keibuan.. I do feel that sometimes I'm too emotional, and slightly more sensitive that usual. Nak buat cam mane, our hormones sometimes a bit hay wire.. hahaha.. But, to be honest, please do treat us with care, as our hearts are too delicate, and needs good care by the person call husbands, or men in general. Even though we (women) can actually gegarkan dunia, we do still need our men to be by our side, and to take care of us. We are sooooooo delicate, and sensitive that only good men out there do deserve our love..

Why are we so special?? despite all the tough things that happen out there, we are actually survivors.. We are the superwomen, supermom, supergirl.. If only all women out there has a tilte super, that would be superb!..Mothers has the ability to withstand whatever hurdle that you can imagine, especially if it involves their children.. Waking up 3-4 times at night.. sometimes up to 10 times kalo anak demam.. every day until anak2 about 6 months, some even up to a year... pagi2 pergi kerja lg.. tu belum kire yg breastfeed.. campur kemas rumah, masak, jaga anak, lipat baju, gosok baju, vacuum, bla bla bla..... and yet we do all this just purely because of LOVE.. love our husbands, love our family, love the children.. Kalo dpt husbands yg tolong sama2 jgk tu, Alhamdulillah.. If not, we still do them cause we love our family right? But then, dont we also deserve to be treated nicely? once in a while dapat shopping, or even treat to a nice dinner, nice conversation.. or treat as though we are worth it.. that would be nice.. I love being a women, cause I'm special, with a special heart that has all the love to give..Treat me with kindness please..
